Property situated in the village of Agatovo, Sevlievo Municipality, Gabrovo District. The village is located in North-Central Bulgaria at the foot of the Balkan Mountains, 30 km away from the town of Lovech and 50 km from town of Gabrovo and the nearest ski resort – Uzana Ski Resort.

The village:
Agatovo is a small and picturesque village, located at the East end of the famous plateau of „Devetaki“, in the hilly area near the beutiful waterfalls of Krushuna right at the edge of the Balkan mountain (on its North side). The climate is temperate, with fresh and cool air, salubrious for the respiratory organs.
The village is small, with population of about 500 people, most of them ortodoxal christians. All the basic utilities like Post- Office, shops, cafes, pubs, etc. are provided. Regular transportation to the surronding towns and villages is also available.
