Location and Local Attractions
Situated in the most desirable area of Bansko, the prices simply dont do justice to the location. The nearby Grand Montana complex sold out, along with Bellevue and this will be next. Some of Banskos most popular 4 star hotels can be seen from this complex and they include the Tanne Hotel, the Perun Hotel and the newly built Lion Hotel. Just about every facility is within reach including some of Bulgarias best ski facilities. Millions of Euros have been poured into this resort alone to turn into the best in Bulgaria and probably Eastern Europe, making it a sensible choice for an investment.
Bansko itself is a beautiful historic town located in the stunning Pirin mountains. This particular mountain range has been likened to the Alps as they have the same constitution. This of course means that skiing is excellent and Bansko will shortly be comparable to similar Alpine and Swiss resorts.
The skiing facilities at Bansko are excellent, with a skiing season that lasts from December right through till May. There are very good snowmaking machines in stand by and the pistes are always kept in tip top condition. As a result, Bansko has earned itself a reputation for being a quality holiday destination. No wonder this area is becoming the number one place to buy in out of the whole of Bulgaria!
