Property situated in the village of Osen, Krivodol Municipality, Vratsa Distrct. The village is located in North-Western Bulgaria, in a hilly area near the foot of the Balkan Mountain. Osen is on the main road Montana - Pleven, 28 km north of the district’s center - Vratsa, 60 km south of Oryahovo and the ferry-line connecting Bulgaria and Romania through the Danube River and 30 km east of the town of Montana. Other major points not far away from Osen are the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia and its International airport - 120 km south of the village, and the historical town of Pleven - 95 km east.
The estate is located near the village’s center and comprises of a solid house on two floors, summer kitchen and two big farm buildings, situated on a plot of 600 sq. m. of land.
The ground floor comprises of two rooms, corridor and a cellar. The second floor of the house consists of three bedrooms, connected through a corridor. For more comfort inner bathrooms could be added on both floors. Attached to the house is one big premise known as a “summer kitchen”. The village:
The village of Osen is small and quiet, located on the main road Montana-Pleven, in a hilly area near the foot of the Balkan Mountain. The village is not far away from the Danube River, and is surrounded by woods which make the area suitable for hunting and fishing. The village’s name is an archaic Bulgarian word meaning “ash-tree”. Another interesting fact is that recently there have been found some facts proving that the famous Bulgarian poet and revolutionary Hristo Botev was born in the village of Osen. The village offers all the basic utilities such as Post-Office, shops, pubs, cafes, etc. Regular bus transport to the surrounding towns and villages is also available.
