Property situated in the village of Golemo Babino, Krivodol Municipality, Vratsa District. The village is located in a hilly area 25 km north from the town of Vratsa, 74 km south-west of the town of Oryahovo and its ferry-boat to Romania. Other major points close to Goliamo Babino are the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia, with the nearest airport and the historical town of Pleven - both approximately 108 km away.
The property is at the end of the village and comprises of a rectangular plot of land on which are located two brick-built houses and few outbuildings. The main house is on two floors. The ground floor has two rooms and a cellar, which could be converted into living area. The second floor comprises of three bedrooms and a corridor. An inner bathroom should be added in the house for more comfort of living.
The second house is smaller, single-storied and at the moment is used mostly for farming purposes. The house however is solid and with some modernization work could become a nice guest house to accommodate more people.

The village itself has all the basic amenities such as Post office, shops, pubs, cafes, etc. Regular bus transport to the surrounding towns and villages is also available.
