Description: The house is in a small village only 2 km from the centre of Tryavna and has an hourly bus service into the town. The village is populated all year round and is easily accessed during the winter months. Tryavna is a very beautiful town and is very popular both in summer and winter months with tourists. It has many shops, restaurants and places of interest.
The property is entered by large wooden gates. The house is approx 150sqm made up as follows. Downstairs there is a large entrance hall with doors leading to the kitchen, bathroom and large living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is tiled on two walls and tiled floor with wooden base units made by local craft men. There is a rear door leading out onto a stone terrace.The living room is a large room and it still retains its original wooden ceiling and part wooden paneling. The floors are new wooden floors. There is a large wood burning fireplace that provides additional heating to radiators around the house. The bathroom is fully tiles, floors and walls. There is a large Italian bath, WC, wash basin and shower area. This room also houses the hot water boiler. There is a separate door which provides access to the bathroom from the garden. The wooden staircase leads to the first floor landing. This area still has the original grain storage boxes from when the house was originally constructed. From here there is a door to the master bedroom. This is a very large room with wooden ceilings and floors and double doors leading onto a wooden terrace. The views are wonderful and look out onto the forest beyond. It has windows on two wall and is very light and airy. A further door from the landing leads to a small corridor with doors to the second and third bedrooms. The second bedroom is a large double bedroom again with double doors leading onto the terrace. The third bedroom is a double bedroom with wooden floors. The view from here looks over the side and rear of the property. There is a further room that has not yet been finished. It has drainage and water connections to be made into an upstairs bathroom or into a small shower room and a single bedroom. It is the same size as the bathroom downstairs.
Renovation work on the house started in 2005 and all the external doors and windows have been replaced. The windows downstairs are done in the tradition style of double windows where as the upstairs have been completed with
double glazing.The house has thermo-insulation and has had a complete new roof. The house has been rewired to UK standards as is the new plumbing.
The garden is 2346sm2 and has a large two storied barn of 150sm2 that can be converted to further accommodation. A large area of the garden is laid to flower beds and stone paving with a dedicated area for a small swimming pool. There is also a smaller barn with is currently under conversion into a summer kitchen, workshop with a wood store.
