The property is situated at the end of a peaceful village set only 5 km from the riverside town of Nikopol. The village has several shops, local pub, petrol/gas station and regular buses to the town of Nikopol and the surrounding villages. The nearest airport is on easy 90 min drive in Sofia; another airport that could be used is in Bucharest (Romania), which is less than 150 km away using the ferryboat from Nikopol to the Romanian town of Turnu Magulere.
