The rooms on the second floor have the same distribution as these on the first floor. In the house, there is not a bathroom and a toilet. The toilet is external. The property needs total renovation. The garden that comes with the house is 1000 sq. m big.
The village is a little one. All needed amenities can be find in the nearest village – 3 km. away from the property. There is a splendid view toward the Greece Mountain with the windmills.
The area is delightful with beautiful nature. It is appropriate for hunting, fishing, rest and rural tourism.
