LOCATION: The village of Boyanovo is situated in Southeastern Bulgaria and it is part of Elhovo Municipality,Yambol District. The town of Elhovo lies on the left bank of the river Toundzha in the southeast of the Thracian Valley. The rich Elhovo plain stretches between the Strandzha and Sakar Mountains. A curious fact is that Elhovo Gap on Livingston Island - one of the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica, was named after Elhovo.
