Thees are two separate guest houses with common yard. They are located in in the village of Dolen Bliznak - 20 km. away from Varna and 3 km. from the beach of the sea resort of Kamchia, near the National Nature Reserve Longoza.

House 1
1st floor: there are fully equipped kitchen, bar counter, 12-seat dining room, living room with sofas, fireplace and TV, exit to the terrace with barbecue and toilet
2nd floor: there are three bedrooms (one has a private bathroom with shower room and other two use common bath room). Two of the bedrooms have possibility for extra bed.
3rd floor: there is large bedroom with bathroom, additional bed and folding chair suiatble for extra bed.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning have terraces .

House 2
