This villa is beautifully renovated to a high standard.It has three bedrooms and will comfortably sleep seven people with all modern amenities.Well insulated to keep warm in winter and cool in summer. Outside patio area with summer kitchen ,barbecue and fireplace where you can spend lots of balmy evenings drinking the local rakia and beers whilst watching the world go by.  The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.  
facilities
The village is rural but has all necessary facilities.eg mehana[ cafe] bar,shop,post office, good local bus service. The shop is a real gem open all hours.just remember to buy your milk in nearby Elena as the locals supply is straight from the cow! The locals are very friendly and helpful but little english is spoken so bring your phrasebook. There is even a disco on a friday evening for those wanting to trip the light fantastic.  
surrounding area
The surrounding area is very beautiful and mountainous .It is suitable for many long walks,cycling,fishing,bird watching.The wild flowers are plentiful and numerous with many rare examples. The area is part of the Elena municipality national park and the beauty is second to none.Within 45 mins there are many places to visit including historical medieval old capitol of Veliko Tarnovo[not to be missed] with the fantastic surrounding monasteries and lakes. There are three new swimming complexes in the vicinity with outstanding facilities.Other areas not to be missed are Tryavna , a lovely town in the mountains with wood carvers,leather makers etc. Also Bojentsi , a small hidaway with excellent resturaunts and food,tourist shop etc
