Snejanka is in the heart of the Rhodope mountains, at the distance of 260 km. to the south - east of Sofia, 85 km. to the south of Plovdiv and at the distance of 15 km. of Smolian.

It is 1926 meters and is the highest in the Pamporovo resort. The sunny days here are more than 240 and the climate is soft (the average annual temperature is 8, 5îC, and the thickness of the snow is about 140 – 150 meters).

There are a lot of ski – runs, which are very enticing for the lovers of the winter sports. There are and a few chair – lifts at the Snejanka’s slopes. Also the tourist can use and the ski – drags.
