The house is situated in Sea area of Kabakum less than a kilometer away from the seashore in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The unique mixture of peaceful atmosphere together with the beach opportunities creates perfect conditions for having the good summer holiday.
For additional convenience there is 24hour supermarket and bus station with busses running on regular basis. The well known resort a?Golden Sandssa? is just 3km away a? good for having a walk. In the neighbourhood there are also many small shops, fastfood restaurants etc.
In the house there are three rooms available for renting and each of them has its own toilet and bathroom. Two of the rooms have two separated beds. The third room is more luxurious bedroom for two people. Every room is equipped with TV, and DVD player.

There is one fridge also that is shared by the tenants of the three rooms.
