Melnik Winery was established in 2000 in the town of Petrich, South Western Bulgaria. By the St. Nicola prime-quality wines line Melnik Winery revives the centuries-old tradition of Melnik wine producers.
The technology we apply for the production of the famous Melnik wine is a blend of traditional methods finely attuned to most recent trends in enology. We are one of the new generation Bulgarian wineries that put strong emphasis on quality.
